Tasting note by James Suckling

93 points

Very attractive, blueberry-pastry and spiced-biscuit aromas with a beautiful core of ripe dark cherries and berries. The palate has sleek, smoothly delivered tannins that carry such pure fruit flavor, in the cassis and dark-plum zone.

17 Points

Deep black cherry red, nose of black cherry fruit and autumnal berries, evidence of oak well-blended in, quite lifted and floral, the grip of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah adds spice to the Grenache fruit which finishes with fine natural acidity, ready now, but will develop complexity and finesse to 2017.
